Policies & Booking Guidelines

To ensure the best experience for both practitioner and client, please take a moment to review the following policies before booking:

Booking & Communication

  • All sessions are by appointment only.

  • Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your session.

  • New medical massage clients cannot book online — prior communication, a physician referral, and copies of your insurance card and ID are required.

  • For Nutritional Therapy services, clients must reach out directly via email, text, or phone call to set up an initial appointment and complete intake paperwork.

Pricing & Payments

  • All pricing is final. Gratuities are not accepted. If you feel inclined to give extra, the greatest gift is leaving a Google review or referring a friend.

  • Insurance billing for medical massage is submitted as a courtesy; however, all copays and deductibles are due at the time of service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

Availability

  • Medical massage sessions are offered in limited weekly slots to ensure the highest level of care and attention.

  • Skincare and bodywork appointments book quickly — early scheduling is recommended.
